Fill in the short form below: your pick-up point, the days you come in and your usual times.
Connect Telegram
At the end, press “Connect Telegram”. Our bot confirms that you work in the building and keeps you posted.
Get matched
Every Monday we look for colleagues whose route passes close to you and who keep similar hours. If you all accept, you get a private Telegram group to agree on who drives and where to meet.
Ride and check in
Park in the reserved spaces with your group’s hang-tag, and scan the QR code on the tablet at the entrance when you arrive. Verified trips count towards rewards.
House rules
- Reserved spaces are for cars arriving with at least two scheme members.
- Keep your group’s hang-tag visible in the car.
- Everyone in the car checks in on the entrance tablet on arrival.
- Running late or not coming? Tell your group in Telegram.
- If you stop sharing, send /leave to the bot so the space goes to another group.
Questions
Do I need a car to join?
No. Passengers are just as welcome: every group needs riders as well as drivers.
Does it cost anything?
Joining is free. How to share fuel costs is agreed between the people in each car.
Do I need Telegram?
Yes. Matching, your group chat and check-ins all run through Telegram. It’s free: install it from telegram.org.
What do other people see about me?
Colleagues you’re matched with see your first name, company, area, pick-up point (as a point on the map), usual times and Telegram name. Only the coordinator sees your email and phone number. Your company gets a monthly report about its participants and rewards.
Who is responsible during the ride?
Shared rides are a private arrangement between colleagues, the same as agreeing to drive in together. Aigy introduces participants and manages the reserved parking.
What if my times or pick-up point change?
Send /update to the bot and fill in the form again with the same email. Your details are updated, and you keep your trips and rewards. If you no longer fit your carpool, you leave the group and are matched again. If you stop carpooling, send /leave.
How do I leave or delete my data?
Send /leave to the bot at any time, and your personal details are deleted. Or write to info@aigy.am.
